| 摘 要： | 近年来有关中药不良反应报道逐年增多,因此必须提高对导致其发生原因和对策的认识。为预防不良反应的发生,首先需加强中医辨证论治理论指导及对患者的宣传和引导;其次需加强中药质量管理和强调规范使用;采用流行病学方法加强与完善监控体系与制度建设,应该引入药物警戒系统,针对不同药物特点加强监测措施,并且建立相应的中医护理对策。中药不良反应是可以被认识和预防的,通过各种措施可以最大限度避免或减少其发生率,保证临床中药使用的安全性。

| Abstract: | Since the past few years the reports about adverse drug reaction(ADR) of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is increasing rapidly.So the awareness of the reasons and strategies about ADR must be raised.To prevent the occurrence of ADR,firstly we should follow the guidance of fundamental theory of TCM and strengthen the induction to patients.Secondly we should strengthen the quality control and standard usage of TCM.Further integrated supervision systems and institutions besides the nursing care strategies should be established.Through the interventions above,the ADR of TCM should be decreased utmost and make more safety in clinic. |
