国医大师卢芳教授治疗成人变应性亚败血症验案1则

成人变应性亚败血症（Still病）是以反复发热、一过性多发皮疹，可伴随咽痛、肝功能异常、铁蛋白异常的自身免疫性疾病。临床发病率和确诊率虽不高，但误诊率极高。文章介绍卢芳教授运用升阳散火汤合化斑汤治疗成人Still病1例，从病因病机、理法方药方面分析升阳散火汤合化斑汤治疗该病的合理性，为临床治疗成人Still病提供更多的依据与方案。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Master LU Fang treated a case of adult allergic subsepticemia syndrome

Adult allergic subsepticemia syndrome(Still''s disease) is an autoimmune disease with recurrent fever, transient multiple skin rashes, accompanied by pharyngeal pain, abnormal liver function and abnormal ferritin. Although the clinical morbidity and diagnosis rate are not high, the misdiagnosis rate is very high. This paper introduces a case of adult still disease treated by Professor LU Fang with Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction and Huaban Decoction. The rationality of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction and Huaban Decoction in the treatment of this disease was analyzed from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and pharmacology. To provide more basis and plan for clinical treatment of adult Still''s disease.
