温病湿热病证综合病理变化及治疗方法研究

温病湿热病证是临床一类常见病证,因湿热胶结、缠绵难解常反复发作,为中医难治病证。凡地理气候环境比较潮湿的地区,尤为常见、多发。马来西亚地处南洋,一年四季皆夏,气候潮湿,湿热病发病率甚高。文章从中医辨证角度提出“湿阻、热蕴、气滞、血瘀、气虚”为温病湿热病证之综合病理变化,并提出“祛湿、清热、行气、化瘀、益气”为其基本治疗法则。

Damp heat syndrome in seasonal febrile disease is a common disease.Being always recurrent,it is different in treatment.It is frequent to occur in damp place,latent summer heat etc. intraditional chinesemedicine.The auther proposes that dispelling dampness,expelling heat,regulating heat,regulating qi,removing stasis and replennishing qi are the basic rule of treatment.
