摘    要:目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱结合信息变换和计算机技术,对中药材进行快速鉴别。方法:中药材的近红外漫反射光谱经过褶合变换,挖掘隐含的特征信息,通过计算可视化技术获取相应光谱的可视化褶合指纹谱。结果:应用该技术对8种不同药材进行鉴别,方法更为简便、直观。结论:褶合变换可以挖掘近红外光谱的特征信息,结合计算可视化技术,获取中药材的近红外漫反射光谱可视化褶合指纹谱,拓宽了近红外漫反射光谱在中药材定性鉴别中的应用范围。

Abstract:Using the advantages of simple and co nveni ent, no pollution,no damage of near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrosco py, to investigate a new method for fast identification of traditional Chinese medic ines by information transformation and computer technology. Convolution transformation and information visualization were adopted for nea r infrared spectra of traditional Chinese medicines, to get visualization convo l ution fingerprint diagram. The method was used to identif y 8 species of different Chinese traditional medicines. This way is visual,simp le and convenient. This method could be used for the rapid and accurate differentiation of traditional Chinese medicines. This method has extended the range of application of near infrared diffuse reflectance spe ctroscopy in identification of traditional Chinese medicines.
