| 摘 要： | 使用Ｆｒａｎｚ扩散池及离体豚鼠皮研究了氮酮对吲哚美辛贴膜体外透皮释放率的影响。处理组含氮酮浓度分别为１％，３％，５％，对照组不含氮酮，吲哚美辛８ｈ的透皮吸收率分别为１０．５８％，１３．２２％，１３．９１％，１３．３３％。经统计学Ｆ检验表明，含三种不同浓度氮酮的吲哚美辛贴膜与对照组之间的透皮吸收率无显著差异。

| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with the effect of adding Azone on drug release rate in vitro of indomethacin adhesive patch,using Franz diffusion pool and hand Holland pig's skin.Percentage of Azone in four groups were 0.1%,3%and 5%respectively.Results showed no significant difference in the transdermal absorption rates between the treated groups and the control groups. |
