| 摘 要： | 目的测定香丹注射液中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量。方法以苯甲酸为内标，用高效毛细管电泳法（HPCE）测定了香丹注射液中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量。电泳分离条件未涂层毛细管27cm×75μm，运行缓冲液20mmol/L硼砂-3mmol/Lβ-CD（pH9.0），高压进样5s，操作电压6kV（+）→（-），柱上检测209nm，柱温25℃。结果丹参素的线性范围为4.06～48.72μg/ml，相关系数为0.9994；原儿茶醛的线性范围为3.59～43.08μg/ml，相关系数为0.9978。结论HPCE可以用于香丹注射液的定量分析。 |
