摘    要:目的 以总黄酮和葛根素的含量为指标,研究微波辅助萃取葛根的提取工艺。方法 采用连续微波辐射方式进行微波萃取参数的单一因素考察。结果 微波功率、辐射时间、溶剂用量、原料粉碎度、原料含水量等工艺参数的选择对葛根中有效成分的提取均有影响。结论 微波辅助萃取比传统加热回流提取葛根的效果好,从单一因素观察,优化工艺条件为:微波功率510W、辐射时间10min,同时增加溶剂用量、提高原料粉碎度、延长原料浸泡时间将有利于葛根中有效成分的提取。

Abstract:AIM To study the microwave-assisted process for extraction of flavonoids and puerarin in Radix Puerariae. METHODS Using the method of continuous microwave radiation, the single parameter in microwave-assisted extraction process is studied. RESULTS Some factors are found to affect the content of active ingredients in Radix Puerariae through microwave extraction, such as the microwave power, the radiation time, the solvent consumption, the grinding degree and the moisture of material. CONCLUSION Compared with normal reflux method, microwave-assisted extraction of Radix Puerariae is more useful. Through the studying of single parameter, the optimized conditions; 510W microwave power and 10min radiation time. Meanwhile, the active ingredient content can be increased by improving the solvent, the grinding degree and the moisture.
