小鼠衰老模型研究

摘    要:采用D-半乳糖0.12 mg/g给3个月龄ICR小鼠眼球后注射一个月,与同龄鼠比较,发现脑中B型单胺氧化酶活力增高42.8%,Na~ /K~ -ATP酶活力下降28.6%;在其脑、心、肝组织中脂褐质含量分别增加46%、38%和16%;在血清中脂质过氧化物增高39%,超氧化物歧化酶活力下降8.6%;此外,胸腺重量明显下降,这些变化与21月龄鼠接近,表明该方法可造成一个较好的动物衰老模型。

Abstract:The aging model was induced by Post-orbitol injection of D-galactose 0.12 mg/g in 3 month ICR mice for one month. Contrast to control group, it showed that the activity of MAO-B in the brain tissue increased 42.8% and the activity of Na~ /K~ -ATPase decreased by 28.6%; the contents of lipofuscin in brain, heart and liver increased 46%, 38% and 16% respectively; and the lipid peroxides increased 38% and the superoxide dismutase decreased 8.6% in serum. Furthermore, in model group, its thymus weight index decreased significantly. These changes were similar to those of 21-month mice, and it was proved that the aging model was reliable.
