| 摘 要： | 本文试以生物碱含量作为石斛的质量标准,采用酸性染料比色法,对11种石斛的生物碱含量进行了测定。结果表明,金钗石斛含量较其它品种为高。

| Abstract: | In this paper, alkaloidal contents are considered as active principle of Shihu
(the Stem of Dendrobium) Acid-dye Colorimetric analysis was used to determine the
alkaloidal contents in the eleven species of Dendrobium. The result obtained showed
that the contents of Dendrobium nobile are more than those of other species. |
