| 摘 要： | 目的：观察苦杏仁甙对大鼠慢性胃炎及慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用。方法：采用牛胆汁与甘油混合液灌服大鼠10周造成慢性胃炎模型。2％水杨酸钠溶液灌服大鼠8周造成慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。并于两模型造模同时给予苦杏仁甙作为预防给药。实验结束后摘取全胃，做病理切片检查，同时收集胃液，测定胃游离酸浓度及胃蛋白酶活力。结果：苦杏仁甙组与模型对照组比较，病理形态学有改善。炎细胞浸润程度减轻，腺体排列紧密。并可抑制胃蛋白酶活力。结论：苦杏仁甙对大鼠慢性胃炎及慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | AIM The purpose is to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of amygdalin on chronic gastritis (CG) and chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in rats. METHODS CG model in rat was induced by oral administration of bile and glycerol for 10 weeks. And CAG model in rat was induced by sodium salicylate for 8 weeks. The histopathologic changes of gastric mucosa were observed. The contents of gastric pepsin and acidity were measured. RESULTS The pathologic changes of gastric mucosa were improved greatly, and inflammative degree in treated groups was significantly decreased compared to untreated group. It was found that amygdalin could reduce the activity of gastric pepsin. CONCLUSION Amygdalin has significantly effects on treating CG and CAG. |
