| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了系数倍率法用于两组份体系测定时的基本原理和实验方法,以及应用该法在751G型分光光度计上测定常药降压片中氢噻嗪含量的结果。其平均回收率为99.80%,变异系数0.85%。从各种方法测定结果的对比中可以看出,系数倍率法具有方法简便,工作量小的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a basic principle and experimental technique of K ratio spectrophotometry.Dihydrochlorothiazide in hypotensive tablets wasinvestigated by using manual spectrophotometer(UV-751G).Hypotensivetablets were ground,and the powder(25mg dihydrochlorothiazide)wasdissolved in 0.1 N NaOH.After filtration,the filtrate was diluted withpH 6.9 buffer.The solution was analyzed by K ratio spectrophotometryat 272 and 295 nm.The average recovery was 99.80%(n=10),the coeffcientof variation was 0.85%.Linearity and precision of analysis are good and themethod is easy to operate. |
