| 摘 要： | 建立了血浆中盐酸奈福泮的ＨＰＬＣ测定法。血浆样品采取液－液两步提取后，以ＯＤＳ－Ｈｙｐｅｒｓｉｌ Ｃ１８为固定相，３５％乙腈：６５％０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ庚烷磺酸钠（ｐＨ＝３．０）为流动相。紫外检测波长２１５ｎｍ。最低检测浓度为２．５ｎｇ／ｍｌ，线性范围２．５～５００．０ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９５），四种浓度的回收率大于９０％，日间日内变异系数小于１５％。
