丹参水溶性化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用国产大孔树脂 ,Sephadex LH - 2 0对丹参注射剂及丹参饮片的温水浸提液的化学成分进行了比较研究 ,从中共分离得到丹参素及九个寡聚咖啡酸类化合物 .运用高分辨波谱对其碳、氢信号进行了全归属。并探讨了后生产物的形成机制

Abstract:Nine polyphenolic acids and polyphenolic carbooxylate salts were isolated from the aqueous extract of roots of \%Salvia miltiorrhiza\% and Injection of \%S.miltiorrhiza\%. Using the gel filtration and reverse phase chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of high resolution NMR. Both the natural and the artifact compounds could be classified by the spectra of NMR. The converting mechanism of artifacts was also discussed.
