自发性气胸40例临床分析

目的 探讨自发性气胸不同类型的治疗方法及效果。方法 选用1998年1月至2004年6月我院收治的自发性气胸40例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 40例患者均痊愈出院，其中闭合性气胸15例，8例予吸氧等一般治疗，6例行单纯抽气，另1例予胸腔闭式引流；开放型16例，14例行胸腔闭式引流，另2例外科手术治疗；张力型9例，7例行胸腔闭式引流，2例行胸膜粘着术。结论 选择治疗方法强调个体化，治疗前应进行充分解释，取得患者的理解。

The clinical analysis on 40 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective The aim of the study is to explore the methods and clinical effect in treating distinguished types of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 40 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital from Jan1998 to Jun 2004. Results Closed pneumothorax 15 cases ,including 8 cases who were given conventional treatment , 6 cases who were given simple exhaust, 1 case underwent thoracic close drainage . 16 cases with opened pneumothorax , including 14 cases underwent closed pneumothorax, 2 cases underwent surgical treatment, 9 cases with tensile pneumothorax, including 7 cases underwent thoracic close drainage, 2 cases underwent pleural adhere operation , 40 patients fully recovered from an illness , Conclusions It is very important to emphasize individualization in select the methods in treating spontaneous pneumothorax and to explain the therapic methos sufficiently ,and finally get the apprehension from the patients.
