右半结肠癌并存阑尾炎误诊31例临床分析

目的减少右半结肠癌误诊为阑尾炎的漏诊率.方法回顾性总结1995年3月～2005年3月间我院31例误诊患者的诊治情况.结果18例患者在阑尾手术中诊断右半结肠癌;7例术后复诊时确诊并再次手术;6例则被误诊为阑尾炎性包块而保守治疗,后经确诊方手术治疗.结论右半结肠癌并存阑尾炎容易发生误诊、漏诊.术前要详细询问病史和仔细检查,术中注意探查,术后随访.避免右半结肠癌误诊和漏诊.

Study on the misdiagnosis of right hemicolon carcinoma combined appendictis in 31 cases

Objective To reduce missed diagnosis rate of carcinoma misdiagnosed a.s appendicitis, Methods A respective analysis was made in 31 case of patients from march 1995 to march 2005. Results 18 patients were diagnosed right hemicolon carcinoma correctly during the operation of appendectomy. 7 patients were diagnosed correctly after the operation of appendectomy and given right hermicolectomy, 6 patients were given conservmive treatments before they were diagnosed correctly. Conclusions lnorder to prevent the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of right hemicolon carcinoma, we should get history of illness in detail and make physieal examination carefully to patients, and the patients should be given careful exploration in the operation and should follow up after operation,
