根管超声冲洗对尖周病效果的临床评价

目的评价根管超声冲洗技术对尖周病根管的清洗效果,为临床应用和推广提供理论依据。方法60例根尖周病患者按就诊顺序分为冲洗组(A)组和注射器冲洗组(B)组,比较两组术中疼痛率、根管及侧支根管的充填情况。结果A组侧支根管充填率高于B组(P<0.001);A组术中疼痛发生率为3.3%,B组疼痛发生率为13.3%(P>0.05)。结论超声冲洗技术可以较好地清洁根管,使术中疼痛发生率趋向于减少,侧支根管充填率提高。

Effect of ultrasonic irrigation of the root canal on chronic apical periodontitis

Objective To assess the efficacy of ultrasonic irrigation of the root canal in vivo and in vitro. Methods Sixty anterior teeth or premolars with the diagnosis of periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups (syring irrigation group, group B and ultrasonic irrigation group, group A) and were evaluated clinicall. Results Clinically, the number of lateral canals obterated in group A was more than that in group B (P<0.001). The incidence of pain during irrigation were 13.3% in group B, and 3.3% in group A(P>0.05). Histologically, the amotmt of organic debris of the root canals in group A were significantly less than in group B (P<0.01). Conclusions Ultrasonic irrigation of the root canal will be a useful technique in root canal therapy.
