胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风的临床疗效研究

目的 观察胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风的临床疗效.方法 白癜风患者102例随机分成免疫调节剂胸腺肽注射液治疗组(53例)及常规治疗对照组(49例),进行临床疗效的观察和比较.结果 治疗组总有效率为67.92%,而对照组为38.78%.加用免疫调节剂胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风的疗效优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有极显著意义(P＜0.01).结论 免疫调节剂胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风疗效确切,值得临床进一步研究.

Clinical Study on Effect of Thymus Peptide in Treatment of Patients with Vitiligo

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thymus peptide in treatment of patients with vitiligo. Methods 102 Cases of patients were randomly divided into the test group treated with immunomodulator (53 patients) and the control group with conventional therapy (49 patients). The survey was conducted on clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 67.92% and 38.78%. Thymus peptide had a better clinical curative effect,which was remarkable than that by conventional therapy,the difference between two groups was statistical significant (P<0.01). Conclusions Thymus peptide had a precisely clinical effect on treating Vitiligo,which is worth to be investigated further.
