针对性护理干预对手足口病治疗效果的影响

目的探讨针对性护理干预对手足口病治疗效果的影响。方法收集80例手足口病患者，按入组编号随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。两组患者均采用常规西医内科治疗，但观察组在常规护理基础上予以针对性护理干预，对照组仅予常规护理，比较两组患者临床疗效、发热与疱疹消退时间、院内感染情况，并进行统计学分析。结果经针对性护理干预，观察组临床有效率为95％，明显优于对照组的80％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）；且观察组发热及疱疹消退时间均明显短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而院内感染情况观察组无一例发生，对照组发生率为7．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对性护理干预有助于手足口病的治疗，不仅能显著提高临床疗效，促进症状缓解，还可降低院内感染率，临床值得推崇。

Effect of targeted nursing intervention on the therapeutic efficacy of hand, foot and mouth disease

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the therapeutic efficacy of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods Eighty patients with HFMD were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the enrollment number, each with 40 cases. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while those in the study group were given targeted nursing intervention based on routine nursing. The clinical efficacy, time to disappearance of fever or herpes, and nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was 95%, which is significantly higher than 80% of the control group, with P<0.05. The time to the disappearance of fever or herpes in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with P<0.05. No case of nosocomial infection were found in the study group, while the incidence of nosocomial infection in the control group was 7.5% (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention is helpful for the treatment of HFMD. It can not only significantly improve the clinical efficacy and promote symptom relief, but can also reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
