岛状逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足、踝部软组织缺损

目的研究应用腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣修复踝及足部组织缺损。方法对32例足踝部组织缺损的患者应用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣进行修复,其中慢性溃疡及疤痕增生1例、其余均为创伤所致的踝及足部组织缺损。结果31例皮瓣完全成活,缺损的软组织完全修复。1例皮瓣边缘表层皮肤坏死,经过高压氧、扩血管治疗后愈合。经一年随访26例患者皮瓣弹性、外观及功能正常。失访6例。结论逆行腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣可以有效治疗小腿踝及足部组织缺损,手术操作简单,皮瓣设计方便,无需损伤下肢的主要血管,不用进行血管吻合,皮瓣成活率高。

Repair of tissue defect of down shank with Retrograde sural neurovascular flap

Objective Studying application sural neurovascular flap to repair tissue defect of down shank. Methods To 32 examples of tissue defect of shanks applying sural neurovascular flap, 1 example chronic ulcer and scar hyperplasia, the other all are caused by the wound. Results 31 examples flaps survive completely, 1 example flap that in marginal surface level skin necrosis heals after the high-handed oxygen and expand the blood vessel cures. Following up by regular visits to 26 example patients through one year, flaps elasticity, outward appearance and merit can be normal, Losing visits 6 examples. Conclusions sural neurovascular flap can be effective in curing tissue defect of shank, the surgical operation is simple, and flap's design convenience, and it need not harm the major blood vessel of lower limbs, flap's survival rate is height.
