| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与左室重构的关系.方法 超声检查58例EH患者和30例健康对照者的颈动脉IMT和超声心动图;分析EH患者颈动脉IMT与超声心动图参数之间的相关性.结果 EH左室重构组IMT值高于EH正常构型组和健康对照组;EH患者颈动脉IMT值与左室重量指数(LVMI)和平均室壁厚度(WT)呈正相关.结论 高血压左室重构者颈动脉IMT增加:原发性高血压患者颈动脉IMT与左心室结构改变相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association between intima-media thickness (IMT) of the carotid artery and left ventricular remodeling in essential hypertension (EH). Methods IMT of the carotid artery and echocardiography were measured in 58 EH patients and 30 healthy people. The relationships between carotid IMT and echocardiographic parameters were analyzed. Results Carotid IMT in EH patients with left ventricular remodeling were significantly higher than those in EH patients with normal geometry and healthy people: Carotid IMT in EH patients were positively correlated with left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and mean wall thickness (WT). Conclusions Carotid IMT was higher in EH patients with left ventricular remodeling. Carotid IMT in EH patients are related to the left ventricular structural modification. |
