青年女性肺癌患者心理问题与循证护理实践效果观察

目的分析青年女性肺癌患者的心理问题并观察采取循证护理实践后的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月收治的38例青年女性肺癌患者应用循证护理方法进行护理,采用Zung抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表及自制影响因素表评价患者循证护理干预前后的得分并进行比较。结果护理干预后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时家庭因素的影响、自我形象的维护等明显影响患者心理状态的问题,通过循证护理实践得到有效改善。结论循证护理实践能够有效改善女性肺癌患者的焦虑抑郁和恐惧,对提高自信,改变对自身价值的认识,积极配合治疗提高临床治疗效果有重要意义。

Effect of evidence-based nursing practice on the psychological problems of young females with lung cancer

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing practice on the psychological problems of young female patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, 38 young female patients with lung cancer received evidence-based nursing practice. Zung Self Rating Deression Scale（SDS）, Self Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and self-made impact scores were used to evaluate the efficacy of evidence-based nursing practice. Results SDS and SAS significantly decreased after intervention, and there were significant differences compared with those before intervention（P〈0.05）. Psychoiogical status affected by family and self-image was significantly improved by the intervention of evidence-based nursing practice. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing practice could have great effect to improve anxiety, depression and fear, to increase self-confidence and to understand personal worth correctly in young female patients with lung cancer. And it is also conducive to obtaining good cooperation to the treatment.
