细胞间隙连接蛋白43、增殖细胞核抗原在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)、增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法分别检测70例骨肉瘤组织及30例骨肉瘤旁组织中Cx43、Ki-67的表达情况。结果 Cx43在骨肉瘤组织、骨肉瘤旁组织中阳性表达率分别为14.29%、86.67%,二组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.75,P〈0.01);Ki-67在骨肉瘤组织、骨肉瘤旁组织中阳性表达率分别为71.43%、16.67%,二组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.45,P〈0.01)。在临床病理因素中,Cx43的表达与年龄、性别、组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但与肿瘤直径、临床分期、肺转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ki-67的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但与临床分期、肺转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Cx43、Ki-67在骨肉瘤组织中的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.56,P〈0.01)。结论骨肉瘤组织中Cx43呈现低表达,Ki-67呈现过表达,两者均与临床分期、肺转移有关,因而,检测两者表达情况有利于判断患者的病情发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of connexin 43(Cx43), 10-67 in osteosarcoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of Cx43 and 10-67 were respectively detected by immunohistochem- isty (EnvisionTM) in osteosarcoma of 70 cases and osteosarcoma side tissue of 30 cases. Results The expression rates of Cx43 in osteosarcoma, osteosarcoma side tissue were14.28% and 86.67%, respectively, with statistically significant difference (Z:=47.75, P〈0.01); the expression rates of 10-67 in osteosarcoma, osteosarcoma side tissue was 71.43% and 16.67%, respectively, with statistically significant difference (Z2=25.45, P〈0.01). Among clinicopathological fac- tors, the expression of Cx43 was not related to age, gender, histological type, but related to tumor size, clinical staging, pulmonary metastasis (P〈0.05); the expression of IO-67 was not related to age, gender, tumor size, histological type, but related to clinical staging, pulmonary metastasis (P〈0.05). There was obviously negative correlation between Cx43 and Ki-67 in osteosarcoma ( r=-0.56, P〈0.01). Conclusion The low expression of Cx43 and high expression of 10-67 in osteosarcoma are both related to clinical staging, pulmonary metastasis, and they may be useful for know- ing the progression of osteosarcoma to test them.
