| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺导管造影术在乳头溢液性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011-2012年15例经临床或手术病理证实的乳头溢液患者的导管造影X线表现。结果乳腺导管扩张5例，乳腺囊性增生症3例，乳腺导管内乳头状瘤4例，乳腺导管癌2例，正常乳腺导管1例。结论乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液病变定位及定性有较高的特异性，可为临床的诊疗提供依据，是乳头溢液病变的首选影像学检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of mammary gland catheter angiography in the diagnosis of nipple discharge. Methods Catheter angiography X-ray results from 15 patients with confirmed nipple discharge were retrospectively analyzed. Results It revealed 5 cases of mammary duct ectasia, 3 case of breast cystic hyperplasia, 4 cases of intraductal papilloma, 2 cases of ductal carcinoma and 1 case of normal mammary duct. Conclusion Mammary ductography could identify the localization and characterization of nipple discharge with high specificity, which can provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. It is the best choice for nipple discharge imaging. |
