| 摘 要： | 骨是许多恶性肿瘤远处转移好发的部位,有无骨转移对肿瘤分期、确定治疗方案和预后判断十分重要,尽早发现、合理治疗可以显著改善患者的生存质量.18F-氟化钠(18F-NaF)PET/CT因其亲骨特性和同时获得病灶解剖信息及代谢情况的优势,可以提供多元、直观的诊断信息,是骨转移瘤诊断和治疗监测的一种良好手段.骨转移最常见的原发肿瘤为前列腺癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肾癌等,本文以这几种原发肿瘤为例,对18F-氟化钠(18F-NaF)PET/CT显像的骨转移瘤诊断价值加以综述.

| Abstract: | Bone is a predilection site of metastasis of many malignant tumors, and detecting skeletal metastases is important in tumor staging, determining the appropriate therapy strategy and prognosis, which may improve the life quality of the patients. 18F-NaF positron emission and computer tomography (PET/CT) can provide multiple and intuitive diagnostic information because of its favorable bone seeking pharmacokinetics and the advantages of obtaining anatomi-cal information and metabolism. It is a good method for the diagnosis and treatment of bone metastases. This article mainly introduces the utility and progress of 18F-NaF PET/CT in the evaluation of skeletal metastasis. |
