过敏性紫癜患儿尿白三烯E4测定的临床意义

目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿尿白三烯E4测定的临床意义。方法用ELISA检测45例过敏性紫癜患儿（其中18例为紫癜性肾炎患儿）和20例健康儿童尿LTE4水平。结果对照组尿LTE4：（132.07±20.71）ng/L,HSP尿LTE4：（704.31±118.66）ng/L,HSPN尿LTE4：（1185.21±208.39）ng/L,三者比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;HSP、HSPN、对照组间尿LTE4两两比较,差异有有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论白三烯在过敏性紫癜的发病机制中有不可忽视的作用,白三烯可预测HSP的严重性及预后,白三烯受体拮抗剂在过敏性紫癜治疗上可能有一定的作用。

Clinical evaluation of urinary leukotriene E4 levels in infants with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of urinary leukotriene E4 levels in infants with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura.Methods Urinary levels of LTE4 was examined using ELISA in 45 children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(including 18 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpumra nephritis) and 20 healthy children.Results Control group urinary LTE4:132.07+20.71 ng/L,HSP urinary LTE4:704.31±118.66 ng/L,HSPN urinary LTE4:1 185.21±208.39 ng/L.Comparing with each other,urinary LTE4 in children with HSP,HSPN and healthy children was significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a close relationship between LTE4 expression in HSP.LTE4 might be markers to predict the severity and prognosis of HSP.Leukotriene receptor antagonist may play the role in the treatment of HSP.
