现代医院模块化应急分队的构建与运用研究

应急医疗分队是医院完成各种应急保障任务组织基础,是医院建设的重要组成部分,是医院完成各种应急保障任务的重要力量。提高医院应急医疗分队模块化水平,对于发挥医院卫生保障潜力,维护人员健康,巩固和提高保障力,具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。论文以模块化原理为指导,首先确立了应急分队组织模块划分的标准,即：结构的独立性、功能的确定性、组合的通用性、信息的互通性;其次明确了应急分队组织模块划分的六个步骤：以功能为核心进行组织系统分解、典型功能要素的提取和分离、非典型功能要素的处理、构建应急分队组织模块库、应急分队组织模块化的评价和标准化;最后阐述了模块化应急分队的应用：组织模块训练、灵活编组使用组织模块、机动组合部署组织模块、适时适量调整组织模块。通过上述研究完善了组织模块化理论,为医疗应急分队的组织指挥和组织模块化设计的应用提供了理论依据和指导。

Modern hospital modularization rapid response team construction and application

The rapid response teams is the organization base of all kinds of preparation works in the hospital medical emergency readiness so that the hospital carries on health service mission frequently in time,which is an important part of hospital readiness.Raising the modularizing quality of the hospital rapid response teams,to exert the potential ability of the hospital,to support the health of the people,to make and raise the support strength,has a very important theory and practical significance.This paper consummates design theories of health services and put great emphasis on decomposing function and compartmentalizing modules of the rapid teams on base of modularization principles.At first,building up the standard of the definition of modularizing organization:independence structure,certain functional,universal combination,standard communication.Secondly,definituding the process of dividing organized module:according to function for dividing organization system,the distill and separate of the representative function element,non-representative function element transact,construct the storeroom of the organized module,the appraise of the organized module of the rapid response teams,the standardization of organized module.At last,expatiating the application of modularization rapid response teams:according to medical range,training organized module;according to medical need,combining organized module;according to support need,deploying organized module;according to need change,adjusting organized module.It tries to provide a good reference for medical support command decision and give a theoretical basis and guidance for the modularizing organization form of emergency medical team.
