替加色罗治疗肠易激综合征的近期临床疗效观察

目的 探讨替加色罗对肠易激综合征的疗效及其安全性的初步评估.方法 64例符合IBS诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,分别采用替加色罗和谷维素(安慰剂)治疗.4周后对肠易激综合征总体症状的疗效及其安全性进行评估.结果 替加色罗治疗组对肠易激综合征总体症状的总有效率为81.3%,对腹痛、腹泻、排便困难、粘液便、腹胀的总有效率分别为81.3%、51.8%、83.3%、70.0%和73.1%,两组比较,腹泻症状的改善,其差异无显著性(P＞0.05),其余的组间差异非常有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 替加色罗对伴有腹痛、便秘及腹胀的IBS患者是一种安全有效的药物.

A Clinical Observation on Efficiency of tegaserod in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of tegaserod treatment in irritable bowel syndrome patients.Methods 64 cases of patients with IBS were randomly divided into two,groups and was administerted with tegaserod and oryzanol.Before and after treament.Dyspepsia symptoms including abdominal pain,diarrhea,constipation,abdomfinal fullness were evaluated at clinical hnprovement.Results After treatment,The global efficacy rate for IBS was 81.3%,Total efficacy rates for single symptom of IBS were as follows: abdominal pain 81.3%,diarrhea 51.8%,constipation 83.3%,mucous stool 70.0% and abdominal fullness 73.1%.There were significant differences of symptom improvement rate between two groups(P<0.01),except the symptom improvement rate of diarrhea.Conclusions Tegaserod is effective in the treatment of the IBS.
