企业社区中老年人高血糖现况调查

目的了解海口某企业社区中老年人糖尿病（DM）和空腹血糖受损（IFG）的患病特点,为企业社区中老年人糖尿病的预防和控制提供依据。方法随机抽取1022名45岁以上中老年人进行健康检查,将检查中收集的资料进行统计分析。结果 DM和IFG患病率分别为19.57%和22.99%。DM和IFG患病率基本上呈随龄递增趋势,随体重指数增加DM和IFG患病率也随之升高,DM和IFG人群的血压升高以收缩压升高为主,DM和IFG人群高血压、高脂血症患病率高于正常血糖人群。结论该社区中老年人高血糖患病率较高。年龄增长、肥胖是高血糖的重要危险因素。高血糖与高血压及高脂血症之间存在着并存关系,控制体重、预防与控制高血糖,有利于心血管疾病的防治。

Survey on the prevalence of hyperglycemia among 1022 elderly in enterprise community in Haikou

Objective To understand the prevalence features of diabetes mellitus（DM） and impaired fasting glucose（IFG） among the elderly in enterprise community in Haikou,and offer scientific basis for prevention and control of DM for the elderly.Methods 1 022 elderly aged above 50 were selected randomly to perform a healthy examination,and the statistical analysis on the data acquired from the examination was conducted.Results The prevalence rate of DM and IFG were 19.57% and 22.99%,respectively,which demonstrated basically a rising trend with age and body mass index.The elevation of blood pressure of DM and IFG patients presented mainly as the elevation of systolic pressure.The prevalence rates of hypertension and hyperlipidemia were higher in DM and IFG patients than those in normoglycemic people.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperglycemia was high among elderly in enterprise community;the increase of age and obesity were important risk factors to hyperglycemia;and there was a coexistence relationship among hyperglycemia,hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Controllling body weight,preventing and controlling hyperglycemia are helpful for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
