MRI联合CT诊断脑膜瘤的临床价值

摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)联合计算机断层扫描(CT)诊断脑膜瘤的临床价值。方法将佛山市第五人民医院和佛山市中医院于2014年6月至2016年3月期间收治的80例疑似脑膜瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行MRI和CT平扫及增强扫描,对患者的MRI、CT表现及诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果 CT扫描共诊断出脑膜瘤58例,其中55例与病理诊断结果相符,MRI检查共诊断出脑膜瘤65例,其中62例与病理诊断结果相符。CT联合MRI检查共诊断出脑膜瘤69例,68例与病理诊断结果相符,对脑膜瘤的诊断准确性、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为90.00%、90.67%、80.00%、98.55%、36.36%。CT联合MRI检查对脑膜瘤的诊断准确性、敏感性均明显高于CT扫描和MRI检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI与CT都是诊断脑膜瘤的有效手段,二者联用能够有效提高脑膜瘤诊断的准确性及敏感性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined with computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods A total of 80 patients suspected of meningioma in the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan City and Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent MRI, CT scan and enhanced scan. The MRI, CT findings and the diagnostic results were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 58 cases of meningioma diag-nosed by CT scan, of which 55 cases were in accordance with the pathological diagnosis. There were 65 cases of menin-gioma diagnosed by MRI, of which 62 were in accordance with the pathologic diagnosis. CT combined with MRI exami-nation showed meningioma in 69 cases, of which 68 cases were consistent with the results of pathological diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of meningioma were re-spectively 90.00%, 90.67%, 80.00%, 98.55%, 36.36%. The accuracy and sensitivity of CT combined with MRI examina-tion in the diagnosis of meningioma were significantly higher than that of CT scan and MRI examination, and the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion MRI and CT are both effective methods for the diagnosis of meningiomas, and the combination of the two can effectively improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the diagnosis of meningiomas.
