提高B超对阻塞性黄疸诊断率的措施及意义

目的 总结归纳日常工作中提高B超对阻塞性黄疽诊断率的一些措施以及临床意义。方法 对21例由我院B超诊断，后经手术证实的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 21例患者中，经腹首诊10例，其余11例经3种措施处理后得到超声诊断结果，手术后证实20例超声诊断正确，误诊1例。结论 3种措施有助于提高肝外胆管阻塞引起的黄疸的诊断率，提高诊断率有利于临床医师制定治疗方案、估测患者预后。

To study the clinical functions which could help B-ultrasound improve the possibility in the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice

Objective To study the clinical functions of some ways which could help B-ultrasound improve the possibility in the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice. Methods In a retrospective analysis, twentyonecases were selected. All of cases were diagnosed by B-ultrasound, then were confirmed by operation. To compare the accurate of three assist ways with the traditional way of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice. Results Thre assist ways made sure of the obstructive jaundice in eleven cases, in which twenty were confirmed by opretion and one was misdiagnosis. Conclusions Three assist ways could help to improve the rate of the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice. Those ways were also useful of the production of corrective treatment in clinic and help to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
