距骨和跟骨良性肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的影像分析

目的分析距骨或跟骨良性肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的影像学表现及特征。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例距骨或跟骨良性肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的影像学表现。全部病例均行X线检查,8例行CT检查,6例行MRI检查（有3例两项均检查）。结果动脉瘤样骨囊肿4例,骨巨细胞瘤3例（合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿2例）,腱鞘囊肿1例,错构瘤1例,骨样骨瘤1例,脂肪瘤1例。影像学表现显示出其各自的相对特征。结论距骨或跟骨良性肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的影像学表现有一定的特征性,CT和MRI能提供非常有价值的诊断征象,还能补充X线平片的影像信息。

Imaging analyze of benign tumors or tumor-like lesions in the talus or calcaneus(11 cases Report with the review of the literature)

Objective To study the imaging features of benign tumors or tumor-like lesions in the talus or calcaneus.Methods The imaging features of 11 cases with benign tumors or tumor-like lesions in the talus or calcaneus which were proved by surgery or histopathology were retrospectively analyzed.X-ray examination were performed in all cases,CT in 8 cases and MRI in 6 cases.Results Aneurysmal bone cyst was found in 4 cases,giant cell tumor in 3 cases（accompanying aneurismal bone cyst 2 cases）,ganglion,hamartoma,osteoid osteoma and lipoma in 1 case,respectively.The imaging features were found with relatively characteristic,CT and MRI could supplement imaging information of X-ray pain.Conclusion Benign tumors or tumor-like lesions in the talus or calcaneus have characteristic imaging features,CT and MRI could supplied very valueable diagnosis signs.
