| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅内生殖细胞瘤的临床治疗方法。方法对9例颅内生殖细胞瘤患者进行静脉化疗并辅以中低剂量的局灶性普通放疗，每个疗程间进行CT或MRI检查，观察肿瘤消退情况。结果肿瘤完全消失6例，瘤体缩小90％以上3例，无复发。随访2—6年全部病例生存状况良好。结论静脉化疗辅以中低剂量普通放疗可使两者治疗作用相加，毒副作用相减，是颅内生殖细胞瘤的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effective treatment for intracranial germlnomas. Methods Chemotherapy combined with local common radiotherapy of middle lowdosage was given to nine patients with intracranial germlnomas. CT and MRI were used during the courses to observe the disappearance of the tumors. Results Complete disappearance of the tumors was achieved in 6 cases, and the other 3 cases showed more than 90% tumor volume reduction. All the patients survive with good life quality and the tumor didn＇ t recur during 2.0 - 6.0years. Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with local common radiotherapy of middle low dosage can enhance the treatment effects and reduce the toxic side effects. It is an effective treatment for intracranial germlnoma. |
