干扰素治疗引起甲亢临床分析

目的探讨干扰素治疗对甲状腺功能的影响。方法取310例肝炎患者（298例慢性乙型肝炎及12例慢性丙型肝炎）,采用干扰素a500万u/次,肌注,3次/周,疗程6-12月,平均10个月。观察其对甲状腺功能的影响。结果治疗前所有血清标本FT3、FT4、s-TSH水平均正常,治疗后15例出现血清标本FT3、FT4、s-TSH水平异常。结论干扰素治疗可引起甲状腺功能紊乱,包括甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺功能亢进。

The clinic analysis of hyperthyroidism that were caused by interferon therapy

Objective To study the effects of interferon on the thyroid function. Methods There axe 310 hepatitis patients in the investigation, include 298 HBV and 12 HCV. All the patients were therapy by interferon-a, intramuseulax Injection,three times a week. The course of treatment axe 6-12 months, the average course of treatment are 10 months. To study the effects of interferon on the thyroid function. Results Before therapy, FT3 and FT4 of all the blood serum sample is normal, but after the therpy, 15 of them are abnormal. Conclusions The therapy by interferon may cause disturbance of thyroid function, including hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
