妊娠期糖尿病干预治疗对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病干预治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法对43例行干预治疗的妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者（A组）、21例未行干预治疗的GDM患者（B组）和50例同期糖筛查正常的孕妇（C组）的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对三组的妊娠结局（母婴并发症）进行比较。结果A组母婴并发症的发生率显著低于B组，B组母婴并发症的发生率显著高于C组，差异有显著性统计学意义，而A组与C组差异无统计学意义。结论妊娠期糖尿病的早期干预治疗可明显改善妊娠结局，减少母婴并发症。

Effect of intervention to gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnant outcomes

Objective To explore the effect of intervention to gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） on pregnant outcomes. Methods Clinical data of 43 cases with GDM receiving intervention treatment （ A group）, and 21 cases with GDM receiving no intervention treatment （ B group）, and 50 cases normal pregnant woman （ C group） were analyzed retrospectively. The pregnant outcomes （the maternal and neonatal complications）were compared among the three groups. Results The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in A group was lower than that in B group, the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in B group was significant higher than that in C group, the contrast is remarkable in statistics, but it was no different in statistics between A and C group. Conclusion The early intervention and treatment may improve the pregnant outcomes and decrease the maternal and neonatal complications.
