摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT肝脏增强扫描技术在临床中的应用.方法用多层螺旋CT和自动高压注射器对158例患者行肝脏增强扫描.对比剂总量为80ml~100ml(1.2ml/kg),注射流率为1.5ml~3ml/s.注药后约30S和70S进行2期扫描.结果154例肝动脉期,门静脉期影像,显示良好,并能很好的显示腹主动脉,肝动脉,脾动脉,肝门区血管分支,门静脉和下腔静脉.4例因各种原因双期显影不佳.结论多层螺旋CT,配合自动高压注射器对肝脏及腹腔脏器进行增强扫描,对肝脏及腹腔脏器许多疾病的诊断均能获得满意的效果.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate hepatic enhancement technology with Multi-Slice Spiral CT(MSCT)and its clinical application. Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients underwent enhanced CT scanning using a multi-slice spiral CT scanner and an automatic injector. Total dose of contrast agent for each patient was 80 to 100 ml(1.2ml/kg) at a rate of 1.5 to 3 ml/s. Two-phase enhancement were performed at a delay of 30 and 70 seconds respectively after the initiation of bolus injection. Results Good visualizations of two phases for both hepatic artery and portal vein, in addition with branches of abdominal aorta, hepatic artery, splenic artery, portal vein, inferior vena cava and vasculatures in hepatic port, were achieved in 154 patients. The rest 4 patients did not have ideal two-phase images for various reasons. Conclusions MSCT with bolus injection using an automatic injector can satisfy the diagnosis for both hepatic and many other abdominal diseases.
