高甘油三酯腰围表型与糖尿病发病关系的Meta分析

目的 系统评价高甘油三酯腰围表型(Hypertriglyceridemic waist (HTGW) phenotype)与糖尿病发病的关系.方法 通过检索Embase、PubMed、中国期刊网数据库、维普及万方数据库,纳入所有高甘油三酯腰围表型与糖尿病发病关系的研究,由两位笔者根据纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取及文献质量评价,使用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入17篇研究,包括6篇队列研究和11篇横断面研究.Meta分析提示,高甘油三酯腰围人群罹患糖尿病的风险显著增加(队列研究:HR=2.44,95%CI:1.95~3.06;横断面研究:OR=3.31,95%CI:2.82~3.88),亚组分析显示女性中高甘油三酯腰围预测糖尿病的患病风险显著高于男性,敏感性分析显示结果稳健性好.结论 高甘油三酯腰围表型可显著增加糖尿病的患病风险.

Association of hypertriglyceridemic waist phenotype with diabetes:a meta-analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the association between hypertriglyceridemic waist (HT-GW) and risk of diabetes. Methods Embase, PubMed, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databse were systematically searched for relevant studies about the relationship between HTGW and the risk of diabetes. Two authors indepen-dently screened, selected studies, extracted data and assessed the study quality. The meta-analysis was conducted us-ing Stata12.0. Results A total of 17 studies, including 6 cohort studies and 11 cross-sectional studies, were en-rolled. The results of meta-analysis showed that HTGW significantly increased the risk of diabetes (cohort studies:HR=2.61, 95%CI:1.91~3.57;cross-sectional studies:OR=3.31, 95%CI:2.82~3.88). The subgroup analysis accord-ing to gender showed that HTGW can increase the risk of diabetes more in females than in males. Sensitivity analy-sis showed the results were stable. Conclusion HTGW can significantly increase the risk of diabetes.
