慢性丙型肝炎患者血清HCV RNA、脂联素水平与AST/ALT比值的相关性

目的探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者血清HCV RNA、脂联素水平与AST/ALT比值的关系,评价HCV RNA、脂联素和AST/ALT比值水平在判断丙肝患者预后方面的价值。方法采用荧光PCR试剂盒测定HCV RNA,ELISA法检测脂联素,全自动生化分析仪检测AST和ALT。结果与正常对照组相比,慢性HCV患者组血清HCV RNA和AST/ALT比值水平明显增高（P〈0.05）,而脂联素水平则降低（P〈0.05）;HCV RNA病毒含量与AST/ALT比值呈正相关（r=0.535,P〈0.01）,HCV RNA病毒含量与脂联素水平呈负相关（r=-0.483,P〈0.05）,AST/ALT比值与脂联素水平呈负相关（r=-0.426,P〈0.05）。结论联合检测血清HCV RNA、脂联素水平和AST/ALT比值的水平,对慢性丙型肝炎的疗效观察及预后估计有重要的临床价值。

Correlation between the serum HCV RNA, adiponectin and AST/ALT levels of patients with chronic hepatitis C

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum HCV RNA,adiponectin and the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase （AST/ALT ratio） and assess the prognostic validity in chronic HCV patients.Methods Fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the level of serum HCV RNA. Meanwhile,the adiponectin was checked by ELISA and the ratio of serum AST/ALT was measured by biochemical instrument.Results The serum HCV RNA and AST/ ALT ratio significantly increased in chronic HCV patients compared with normal control group（p0.05）,but the serum adiponectin had a converse result （P〈0.05）. The HCV RNA viral is positive correlation with AST/ALT ratio （r=0.535,P〈0.01）. But the serum level of adiponectin was negative correlation with HCV RNA viral and AST/ALT ratio （r=-0.483,-0.426,P〈0.05,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The detection of serum HCV-RNA,adiponectin and AST/ALT ratio is useful for assessment of the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis which was of important clinical values in patients with chronic HCV.
