海口市龙华区2006年至2008年托幼机构儿童健康体检结果分析

目的探讨海口市龙华区2006年至2008年托幼机构儿童健康状况的动态变化。方法按时间序列对三年体检结果进行动态统计分析。结果2006年至2008年海口市龙华区儿童低体重检出率为4．94％-5．25％，呈上升趋势，高于全国城市平均水平的3．10％，需要引起足够的重视；儿童肥胖检出率为2．45％-2．54％，也呈上升趋势，但远低于1999年上海城区3—6岁儿童肥胖检出率（8．15％）；儿童乳牙龋病率波动不大，在43．38％-46．80％之间，低于全国平均水平（76．5％），但呈逐年上升趋势，仍需要引起足够重视；3岁以上儿童乙肝表面抗原阳性检出率明显高于3岁以下儿童。结论海口市龙华区儿童健康状况良好，学龄前女童营养不良、男性幼童肥胖、三岁以上儿童乙肝预防是干预重点。

Analysis of kindergarten and nursery children's physical examination results in Longhua district of Haikou city from 2006 to 2008

Objective To study the dynamic change of kindergarten and nursery children＇ s healthy condition in Longhua district of Haikou city from 2006 to 2008. Methods Dynamic and statistical analysis was performed on the results of children＇ s physical examinations in these three years in time order. Results The detection incidence of low weight was 4.94% -5.25% which showed an increasing tendency. It was higher than the national average value （3.10%） and should be paid enough attentions. The detection incidence of obesity was 2.45% -2. 54% which also indicated an increasing tendency. However it was much lower than 8.15% detected by 3 to 6 - year - old children in Shanghai city in 1999. The rate of dental caries of deciduous teeth fluctuated slightly was between 43.38% and 46.80% , which was lower than the national average value （76.5%）. The detection incidence of positive hepatitis B surface antigen among children above 3 years old was rather higher than that below 3 years old. Conclusion The health condition in Longhua district of Haikou city is good basically. However, the intervention should be stressed on the lack of nutrition in preschool girls, obesity in male children and hepatitis B in children above 3 years old.
