孕期健康教育对分娩及母乳喂养的影响

目的探讨孕期健康教育对分娩方式、产程时间及母乳喂养的影响。方法选择参加孕妇学校的108例产妇作为观察组，选择未参加孕妇学校的102例产妇作为对照组。对两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间及母乳喂养进行比较。结果观察组剖宫产率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组第一产程、第二产程时间均比对照组显著缩短（P〈0．05），其产后3d内的纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论孕期健康教育能降低剖宫产率，促进支持自然分娩，提高母乳喂养率，提高产科服务质量。

Influence of health education during pregnancy on the mode of delivery and the breast feeding

Objective To investigate the effect of health education during pregnancy on the mode of delivery , the time of parturition and the breast feeding. Methods 210 pregnant women were divided into the observation group （ group A, n = 108 ） and the control group （ group B, n = 102） according to whether not attending educa- tion in the pregnant women＇ s school. The mode of delivery, the time of parturition and the breast feeding were compared between two groups. Results The rate of uterine - incision delivery was lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The first and the second of stage of labor were shorter in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of breast feeding three days post partum was higher in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health education during pregnancy could decrease the rate of uterine - incision delivery, shorten the stage of labor, give a boost to breast feeding and keep the obstetrical quality on a higher plane.
