| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死急性期的经颅超声多普勒(TCD)的特点。方法选取88例脑梗死急性期的患者作为病例组,均进行TCD检查,将其结果进行分析比较。结果脑梗死急性期TCD频谱图改变79例(89.77%),与梗死灶相对应的动脉血流速度增加19例(21.59%),减慢或频谱信号消失64例(72.73%),脉动指数增高51例(57.95%)。结论 TCD可检测脑梗死急性期的血流动力学异常,反映血管功能状况,可为脑梗死的诊断提供更全面的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characters of the Transcranial Doppler(TCD) of cerebral infarction in acute stage.Methods Eighty-eight patients in the acute stage of cerebral infarction were selected and examined by TCD.The results were analyzed.Results TCD’s frequency spectrogram changed in 79 cases(89.77%),blood flow rate for corresponding infarction increased in 19 cases(21.59%),frequency spectrum decreased or disappeared in 64 cases(72.73%),and pulsatility index raised up in term of cerebral infarction in acute stage in 51 cases(57.95%).Conclusion TCD can detect the abnormality of hemodynamics for cerebral infarction in acute stage,which can reflex the function of the arteries and provides more dependable evidence for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. |
