金银花黄芪溶液抑制水痘带状疱疹病毒作用的实验研究

①目的 探讨中药金银花黄芪溶液对水痘带状疱疹病毒的作用。②方法 采用细胞病变抑制试验和抑制病毒复制指数评估药效。通过药物直接抗病毒、病毒感染细胞同时使用药物、感染病毒后使用药物、先使用药物再感染病毒4种给药途径，观察培养细胞发生病变的情况；通过观察实验组与病毒对照组病毒感染滴度，测定抑制病毒复制指数。③结果 与病毒对照组比较，各种途径给药的实验组的细胞病变发生率均明显降低，并且随着作用时间的延长，抑制细胞病变的作用越来越强。药物抑制病毒复制指数为2．61。④结论 金银花黄芪溶液在细胞水平上具有抑制水痘带状疱疹病毒复制的作用。

A STUDY OF INHIBITING EFFECT OF FLOS LONICERAE-RADIX ASTRAGALI SOLUTION ON VARICELLA-ZOSTER VIRUS

Objective\ To investigate the effect of Flos Lonicerae Radix Astragali solution on varicella zoster virus(VZV) in vitro.\ Methods\ The pharmacodynamics was evaluated by cytopathogenic inhibition test and virus replication index. Medication was carried out through 4 ways as follows: direct use of anti virus drug; the drug was applied while cells were infected; drug was use after cells were infected; drug was used prior infection. The virus infected titre of trial group and control group were investigated and suppressive index of viral duplication detected. \ Results\ Cytopathogenic incidence markedly decreased compared with viral control group. The inhibition action became stronger with the prolongation of action. The depressive index of viral duplication was 2.61.\ Conclusion\ Flos Lonicerae Radix Astragali solution has better depressive action on VZV duplication on cell level.
