过敏性紫癜病儿血清LXA4、LTB4、IL-5与CRP变化及意义

摘    要:目的测定过敏性紫癜病儿在不同发病阶段的血清脂氧素A4(LXA4)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、白介素-5(IL-5)以及C反应蛋白(CRP)变化,以探讨LXA4、LTB4、IL-5和CRP在儿童过敏性紫癜发病机制中的作用。方法采集31例过敏性紫癜病儿急性期和恢复早期血清,以及27例正常儿童(正常组)血清,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中LXA4、LTB4、IL-5和CRP含量。结果过敏性紫癜病儿急性期和恢复早期血清LXA4、LTB4、IL-5和CRP水平均显著高于正常组(F=85.15~345.81,q=7.60~36.98,P〈0.01)。过敏性紫癜病儿急性期血清LTB4、IL-5和CRP水平均显著高于恢复早期(q=10.68~20.82,P〈0.01);而急性期血清LXA4水平显著低于恢复早期(q=14.72,P〈0.01)。结论LTB4和IL-5可能参与过敏性紫癜的病变过程,而LXA4具有抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the serum levels of lipoxin A4 (LXA4), leukotriene B4(LTB4), interleukin-5 (IL-5) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in different phases and to explore the role of LXA4, LTB4, IL-5 and CRP in the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods The serum LXA4, LTB4, IL-5 and CRP in 27 normal children and 31 HSP in cute phase and early recovery phase were detected by ELISA, respectively. Results The serum LXA4, LTB4, IL-5 and CRP in the patients in acute and early recovery phase were significantly higher than that in normal group (F=85.15-345.81,q=7.60-36.98,P<0.01), LTB4, IL-5 and CRP in acute phase were significantly higher than that in early recovery phase (q=10.68-20.82,P<0.01). However, the serum level of LXA4 in the patients in acute phase was significantly lower than that in the early recovery phase (q=14.72,P<0.01). Conclusion LTB4 and IL-5 may be involved in the pathological changes of HSP and LXA4 possesses an anti-inflammatory action.
