| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨引起阴道不规则流血各种疾病的超声诊断价值。方法：71 例阴道不规则流血病人均采用B超诊断仪经腹部对子宫、输卵管、卵巢等盆腔脏器进行多方位的探查，以获得有诊断价值的声像图。结果：导致阴道流血的各种疾病均有不同特点 的声像图表现。结论：根据声像图的特征，可对疾病做出正确判断,协助临床做到早期发现，早期诊治。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of diseases that cause irregular vaginal bleeding.\ Methods\ An ultrasonography was done for 71 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding. The intra pelvic organs such as uterus, Fallopian tube and ovary were examined to get valuable echo image pictures for diagnosis.\ Results\ Distinctive features could be found in different diseases that caused vaginal bleeding.\ Conclusion\ The characters found during ultrasonography can help to make an accurate judgment for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
