摘    要:①目的 观察血塞通对 2型糖尿病血液流变学、红细胞流变性、甲襞微循环改变的影响。②方法86例 2型糖尿病病人随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 (4 5例 )口服血塞通 ,安慰剂组 (4 1例 )口服安慰剂 ,疗程为 2个月。观察 2组服药后血液流变学、红细胞流变性、甲襞微循环的变化 ,并与对照组 (38例 )进行比较。③结果  2型糖尿病病人全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集率明显升高 ,红细胞变形性明显降低 ,甲襞微循环血流速度减慢 (F =7.5~ 17.2 ,q =4 .2~ 8.4 ,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1)。血塞通能降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集率 ,并能提高红细胞变形能力 ,加快甲襞微循环血流速度 (q =4 .0~ 11.9,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1)。④结论 血塞通能明显改善 2型糖尿病病人的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集、红细胞聚集 ,提高红细胞变形能力 ,加快甲襞微循环血流速度

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Xue Sai Tong on the hemorheology, erythrocyte rheology, and the microcirculation of the nail in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty-six patients were divided randomly into treated group ( n=45) and placebo group (n=41). Xue Sai Tong was given to the treated group orally and placebo for placebo group, a course was two months for both. All the parameters mentioned above were recorded and compared with normal control group (n=38). Results In patients with type 2 diabetes, the viscosity of whole blood and plasma, specific volume of blood cell, fibrinogen, the platelet and erythrocyte aggregation increased markedly, the transformation of erythrocyte decreased and the nail blood circulation slowed (F=7.5-17.2;q=4.2-8.4; P<0.05,0.01). Xue Sai Tong could improve all the above parameters(q=4.0-11.9; P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion Xue Sai Tong can greatly improve the viscosity of whole blood and plasma,fibrinogen, the platelet and erythrocyte aggregation,increase the ability of the erythrocyte to transform as well as speed up the blood circulation of the nail.
