| 摘 要： | ①目的观察吸入普米克对哮喘病儿血清氢化可的松分泌的影响.②方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA),检测40例哮喘病儿吸入普米克治疗前、治疗后30,90d血氢化可的松浓度的变化.③结果吸入普米克治疗后30,90d哮喘病儿血氢化可的松的浓度与吸入普米克前差异无显著性(t=0.049,0.412,P＞0.05),症状记分及最大呼吸峰流速(PEFR)记分较吸入药物前降低,差异有显著意义(t=4.957～9.079,P＜0.01).④结论正确吸人普米克对哮喘儿童氢化可的松的分泌无影响. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of inhaling pulmicort on the cortisone secretion in children with asthma. Methods The concentrations of cortisone in blood in 40 cases of children with asthma were measured by radioimmunoassay before and 30 days, 90 days after inhaling pulmicort. Results There was no significant difference of concentrations of cortisone in the blood before and 90 days after inhaling pulmicort (t=0.049, 0. 412, P>0.05) ; the symptomatic score and peak expiratory flow rate reduced, compared with those before inhaling pulmicort. The difference was significant (t= 4.957-9. 079, P<0.01). Conclusion There was no influence on the cortisone secretion in children with asthma by inhaling pulmicort in a correct way. |
