摘    要:①目的 探讨低氧放疗对小鼠骨髓有核细胞及外周淋巴细胞的保护作用,旨在为临床应用提供实验依据。②方法 选昆明小鼠并随机分为低氧照射组和常规照射组。前者吸体积分数0.105的低氧混合气体5min后,立即用^60钻γ线照射其横膈以下的半身,并持续低氧至照射完毕;后者仅常规照射;取小鼠骨髓有核细胞及外周淋巴细胞,分别检测其微核细胞率(MCF),用直线相关及回归的方法进行统计学处理。③结果 低氧照射对骨髓及外周淋巴细胞的放射防护因子(RPF)分别为1.48和1.39。④结论 低氧放疗对小鼠骨髓有核细胞及外周淋巴细胞具有一定的保护作用,这为临床上特别是腹盆部采用低氧大野放疗提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective\ To investigate the protective effects of hypoxic irradiation on the nucleated cells of bone marrow and lymphatic cells in peripheral blood in mice , so as to provide experimental basis for clinical research and administration. Methods\ The mice were randomly divided into two groups: Hypoxic Irradiation Group and Routine Irradiation Group. The half body below the diaphragm of the mice in former group was irradiated using a transient systemic hypoxia induced by breathing a gas mixture with 10.5% oxygen. The mice of the latter group were only irradiated exposing to air. The micronucleus cell frequency(MCF) of hematopoietic cells in the mice bone marrow and lymphatic cells in peripheral blood was taken as criteria of the radiation effect. A statistical analysis of the experimental data was made by linear regression and correlation. \ Results\ The radioprotective factors(RPF) for the nucleated cells in mice bone marrow and the lymphocytes in peripheral blood were 1.48 and 1.39, respectively. \ Conclusion\ Hypoxic inhalation during irradiation has demonstrated positive radioprotective effects on the normal tissues and cells in our experiment. It provides an experimental basis for hypoxia irradiation clinically.
