摘    要:①目的探讨紫外线、紫光和绿光辐照血液疗法对兔光化学脑梗塞的治疗作用。②方法利用8只光化学脑梗塞家兔模型,观察不同波长的光辐照血液疗法对脑梗塞的疗效。③结果紫外线辐照血液疗法可显著提高脑梗塞家兔血浆巯基(-SH)水平(F=8.63,P<0.05),缩小脑梗塞缺血性病灶面积(F=8.53,P<0.05);紫光和绿光辐照血液疗法对上述指标均无明显作用(F=0.02~3.56,P>0.05);3种波长之间无明显协同作用。④结论紫外线辐照血液疗法可用于治疗缺血性脑血管病

Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effects of ultraviolet, violet and green light irradiation therapies on cerebral infarction.\ Methods\ The curative effects of different light irradiation therapies on cerebral infarction were studied in 8 rabbit models with photochemical cerebral infarction.\ Results\ The ultraviolet irradiation therapy could increase the concentration of SH in the plasma( F =8.63, P <0.05) and shrink the area of cerebral ischemia penumbra of rabbits significantly( F =8.53, P <0.05). But the other two therapies showed no significant effects (F=0.02-3.56, P >0.05). There was no synergistic effect among the three therapies.\ Conclusions\ The ultraviolet irradiation therapy could be applied in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
