摘 要: | ①目的 观察促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)结合高低氧对贫血荷瘤小鼠放射增敏的效应。②方法 昆明小鼠随机分为3组:A组加用rhEPO预防卡铂诱导的贫血,然后对小鼠荷瘤肢行高低氧放疗;B组用卡铂诱导小鼠贫血,对小鼠荷瘤肢行高低氧放疗;C组用卡铂诱导小鼠贫血,对小鼠荷瘤肢放疗。观察3组放射效应的差别,最后各组均行肿瘤组织活检。③结果 从肿瘤种植后第14天开始,A组肿瘤重新生长的速度与B,C组比较明显延缓(T=0-3,P<0.05);C组与B组比较,B组肿瘤细胞种植后第18,22天重新生长速度较C组慢(T=2,3,P<0.05)。A组的肿瘤倍增时间较B组、C组长。病理切片显示A组肿瘤细胞坏死明显,仅有少数细胞残核,B组肿瘤细胞部分坏死,C组肿瘤细胞坏死不明显。④结论 rhEPO结合高低氧放疗对贫血荷瘤小鼠具有放射增敏的作用,值得临床推广应用。

EFFECTS OF rhEPO COMBINING CARBOGEN PLUS LOW CONCENTRATION OXYGEN ON ENHANCED RADIOSENSITIVITY FOR TUMORS IN ANEMIC MICE |

Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the effects of re co mbinant human erythropoietin(rhEPO) combining carbogen plus low concentration ox ygen radiotherapy (CPLCOR)on enhanced radiosensitivity for tumors in anemic mice . \ Methods\ Kun Ming mice were randomly divided into three groups: Gr oups A, B and C. The mice in Group A were pretreated with rhEPO to prevent anemi a induced by carboplatin, and then the tumors were irradiated with CPLCOR. Anemi a of the mice in Group B and Group C was induced by carboplatin. The tumors in Group B were irradiated with CPLCOR; tumors in Group C were treated with irradia tion only. The differences of effects of irradiation were investigated and biops ies were done for all experimental mice. \ Results Fourteen days after tumor implantation, the regenerati on speed of the tumors in Group A was dramatically slowed compared with that in Group B and C ( T=0-3,P <0.05). A comparison between Group B and Group C showe d that the speed of regeneration of tumors in Group B, 18 and 22 days after impl antation of the tumors, was slower than that in Group C ( T=2,3,P <0.05). The volume doubling time of tumors in group A was longer than that of the tumors in Groups B and C. The histology indicated that necrosis of tumor cells was eviden t with few residual nuclear in Group A, partial necrosis in Group B but not obvi ous in Group C. Conclusion\ The rhEPO treatment combining CPLCOR increases tumo r radiosensitivity of anemic mice and it is advocated clinically. |
