摘    要:骆驼蓬地上部分的醇提物经萃取分为石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水5个极性不同的部分,采用抑制菌丝生长法研究以上5部分对5种常见植物病原菌的抑制作用。结果表明:石油醚部分和正丁醇部分对所测试病原菌呈抑制作用,在供试浓度为相当于原材料0.05g/mL的条件下石油醚部分的抑制率高于其它萃取物相应的抑制率,其中对苹果干腐病菌和番茄早疫病菌的抑制效果显著抑制率分别为48.10%和48.97%;水部分几乎无抑制作用,但有一定的促进作用。

Abstract:The alcoholic extract of the aboveground of Peganum harmala L.was divided into 5 fractions: petroleum ether extract,chloroform extract,ethyl acetate extract,n-butanol extract and water extract.And they were used to investigated their fungistatic activity by the hypha growth method.The results showed that the petroleum ether extract and the n-butanol extract can inhibit the growth of five plant pathogenic fungi.The inhibition rates of petroleum ether extractions to Bakeri rehm and Alternaria solani were about 48.10% and 48.97% respectively,higher than that of the other extracts in the concentration of 0.05 g / mL, While the water extract can improve the growth of F.oxysporum f.niveum,up to 40%.
