| 摘 要： | 铜绿假单胞菌是院内感染的主要致病菌1,带有耐药质粒的铜绿假单胞菌的大量存在,是造成这种情况的主要原因2。用人工方法使R质粒从宿主菌中消除,使其恢复对抗生素的敏感性,是临床治疗多重耐药菌感染的新思路。本文用五倍子提取液做消除剂对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒进行体外消除试验取得可喜进展。

| Abstract: | Pseudomonas aeruginosa, especially those containing R plasmids are the major pathogenic bacteria of gerontologic pulmonary infection as well as the nosocomial infection. To restore theirsusceptibilities to the antibiotics by artificial methods is a novel therapeutical strategy for the multi-drug resistant bacterial infections. In this experiment we utilize traditional Chinese medicine of Chinese Nutgall Extractum as counteractant to test the eliminating effects on R plasmids of pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro and in vivo. The results are as followings. |
